A multi-use facility for vulnerable youth located in the Parkrose neighborhood of Portland. With the solar array, this building produces more energy than it uses. The project received a 2021 DJC Top Projects Award, showing the dedication of the project team to go above and beyond to make a project possible, especially in the midst of a pandemic.
